This section states what KUNH keeps and what is tied to your use of the platform.

Your cases are private to your account. Use of your activity begins only from the consent you record, and you can withdraw it. A deletion request is recorded here and carried out manually.

Controlled Sharing and Organizations

Controlled Sharing is explicit, scope-bounded, recipient- and purpose-aware, and auditable where applicable. It does not implicitly expose Professional Memory, other Cases, internal reasoning, or Organization data outside the authorized tenancy or scope. Recipient access remains limited to the authorized content and purpose, whether the share is a Live View, Snapshot, or Closed Case Record. Any email projection follows the same principle. An Organization relationship may begin from an Organizational Need, including a decision, initiative, challenge, or ongoing need; a pre-framed Decision Case is not required. Understanding the need precedes the appropriate scope and commercial or contracting route. A KUNH recommendation does not become an Institutional Decision unless recorded or adopted by the authorized Organization authority.

Your email, your sign-in method, and the display name you choose.

What you write about your situation

The situation exactly as you submitted it, your answers to clarifying questions, and any source you attach.

Reading and decision records

The reading and the brief, the decision you recorded, what was executed, the outcome, and what you concluded.

Professional Record and continuity

The links between your situations, decisions and outcomes over time, inside your account alone.

Consent records

The consent version, its language, the action and its time, as the record of the legal basis.

Service and security records

Limited technical records necessary to run the service, protect accounts and diagnose faults.

Transaction records

Once purchase is activated, the subscription and invoice records required for legal and accounting purposes are kept. Your card details are not stored in KUNH.

What your account keeps

What you write stays with your account: the situation exactly as you submitted it, the reading KUNH produced, the decision you recorded, what you noted afterwards, the outcome, and any source you added. These records are kept as a chronology — entries are added, not overwritten — so a decision can still be read later in the light it was made in.

Withdrawing consent stops any further use of your activity from that point. It is recorded as a new entry and does not erase earlier records by itself, because the chronology is what makes a past decision readable. To have your data removed, use the deletion request in your account; where a record must be kept for a legal or accounting reason, it is kept for that reason only and for no other use.

Retention & deletion

This starts a request to delete your account data, within the period stated below. Review what happens before continuing.

Deletion today is not self-service and not immediate: your request is recorded, carried out manually without undue delay, and confirmed to you. Your consent record is kept, as disclosed.

Our operational target is within 30 days, subject to any retention the law requires.

How your information is processed to produce the reading

To produce the reading and the brief, the text of your case is processed through technology service providers necessary to deliver that functionality, under obligations of confidentiality and use limited to providing the service. We do not sell your information, do not use it for advertising, do not build marketing profiles from it, and do not track your browsing.

Your rights in your data

You can read what you recorded, correct it by adding a new entry, withdraw your consent, and request deletion of a case's data or of your whole account. Each right has its own path inside your account, and none is a condition for another.

Deletion and destruction — stated precisely

Account deletion, a personal-data destruction request, withdrawal of consent, and correction are four different actions. Deletion today is not self-service and not immediate: your request is recorded, carried out manually without undue delay, and confirmed to you. The record chain is appended to rather than overwritten — an integrity mechanism in normal operation, not a claim that statutory deletion rights cannot apply. Anything that must be kept for a legal or accounting reason is kept for that reason alone. Copies inside routine encrypted backups disappear as those backups expire.

Withdrawing consent is not blanket erasure

Withdrawing consent stops further use from the moment of withdrawal and is recorded as a new entry. It does not by itself destroy everything that came before where another valid basis for retention applies. To have data removed, use the deletion request.

The limits of the reading, and your responsibility

KUNH supports professional reasoning and decision-making: it separates evidence from assumptions and states its confidence and the reasons for it. Even so, a reading can contain errors or an incomplete interpretation, KUNH does not independently verify what you enter, and a recommendation depends on the context available. The decision and its responsibility are yours, and regulated or specialist situations may require qualified advice.

Policy versions

Each document carries a version and an effective date. An editorial correction requires no new consent; a material change is issued as a new version and your acknowledgement is requested. What you accepted earlier stays with its version and its time and is not rewritten.

Governing law and mandatory rights

These policies are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and nothing in them waives any mandatory consumer or data-subject right. KUNH claims no certification, accreditation or endorsement from any authority.

Subscription, cancellation & refunds

No paid purchase is available inside KUNH today: nothing is charged, and no payment details are collected. Plans shown are for information only. If a paid plan is activated later, its terms, what it includes and its price are published first and apply as published at the time you subscribe.

Your paid period has ended. Everything you recorded remains intact and readable; only the paid plan capabilities are no longer active.

Consent

1. 1.KUNH is a live product with an Individual Membership and separate one-time Case Treatment. Purchase inside the product is not yet activated, so nothing is charged today; when it is activated, the published Membership, Treatment, Scope Lock and Purchased Case Rights apply. Using KUNH means you accept the terms below.
2. 2.KUNH uses AI. It can be incomplete, mistaken, or confidently wrong. Its output is not professional, legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified human judgment. You remain responsible for every decision you take.
3. 3.KUNH has not been independently validated for quality of insight, reframing, decision usefulness or differentiation from general-purpose AI. No expert body has endorsed it. We make no performance guarantee.
4. 4.What you submit — your situation description, your answers, and the records you choose to add (decisions, execution, outcomes, follow-ups, reflections) — is stored in your account and is visible only to you unless you explicitly authorize a bounded share. A share does not expose Professional Memory, other Cases or Organization content outside its authorized scope.
5. 5.To produce output, the text of your case is sent to a third-party AI model provider for processing. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share, and do not submit personal data about other people.
6. 6.We record when you open KUNH and how you arrived (on your own, or after we contacted you), so we can learn whether the product is useful. We do not record page addresses, device details or any browsing trail.
7. 7.Records are kept as an append-only history so your own chronology stays honest. Corrections and withdrawals are added as new entries rather than by rewriting the past.
8. 8.You may request deletion of your case data or your whole account at any time. Deletion today is not self-service and is not immediate: your request is recorded, carried out manually without undue delay in line with applicable requirements, and confirmed to you. We give no universal fixed completion time. Anything that must be kept for a legal or accounting reason is kept for that reason alone, and copies inside routine encrypted backups disappear as those backups expire.
9. 9.Your consent record itself (this version, your language, the action, the time) is kept as the record of the legal basis even after your case data is deleted, reduced to a pseudonymous account reference. This is a deliberate, disclosed exception to deletion.
10. 10.Withdrawing consent, deleting your account, requesting destruction of personal data, correcting a record, and retention required by law are five distinct things, each with its own path. You may withdraw this consent at any time from your account page, without giving a reason and without consequence: withdrawal is recorded as a new entry, stops any further use of your activity as evidence, and does not by itself delete anything.
11. 11.KUNH Individual Membership is offered monthly or annually. Individual Case Treatment is separate and purchased once at the professionally qualified level. Its Scope Lock covers the same decision through its legitimate lifecycle, and ordinary Membership cancellation does not itself remove Treatment already purchased for that Case. The complete commercial terms are published before you can commit. Cancellation, refunds and deletion remain separate matters.
