Terms of service

Terms in plain language: what the service provides, what it does not, your responsibility, and what applies to Membership and Case Treatment.
What the service is
KUNH is a software service that helps you understand a complex professional situation: it reframes it, separates evidence from assumptions, produces a decision brief you can act on, and preserves the chronology of your decision and its outcome. It supports your decision; it does not make it for you.
Membership and Case Treatment
KUNH Individual Membership is a recurring subscription available at SAR 149 monthly or SAR 1,590 annually. Individual Case Treatment is separate and purchased once: Included at no additional amount, Focused at SAR 299, Advanced at SAR 599, Strategic at SAR 1,190, or Exceptional at SAR 2,490 as the hard Individual ceiling. A Case Treatment purchase does not itself create a recurring subscription.
Price, VAT and billing period
Displayed prices include VAT where applicable. VAT is not added again on top of the displayed price at payment. KUNH Individual Membership costs SAR 149 per month and renews monthly. No annual billing period is offered to individuals. KUNH is not described as VAT-registered before an actual registration status is published.
Renewal
Membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the next renewal. The exact next renewal date is shown before you commit, once payment is active.
Purchase and its activation
Purchase inside KUNH is not technically active at this stage: nothing is charged and no payment details are collected today. When activated, no purchase completes before the Membership, Treatment, total price, tax, Membership period, renewal, cancellation and refund effects, Terms, Privacy, and actually available payment-method information can all be shown and verified. While any of those cannot be shown, purchase remains inactive.
Scope Lock
A purchased Case Treatment covers the same decision through its legitimate professional lifecycle. New evidence, changed assumptions, execution challenges, action or timing adjustments, recommendation review, outcome development, and reconsideration of the same decision do not by themselves create a new Treatment charge. Only a materially different decision may constitute a new commercial Case. When the existing Treatment remains professionally sufficient, the development remains within the existing Case.
Purchased Case Rights
Ordinary Membership cancellation or non-renewal does not by itself cancel Treatment already purchased for an existing Case or rewrite its historical record. The purchased Treatment remains available for the legitimate professional lifecycle of the same Case within its Scope Lock. Active Membership is required to initiate a new paid Individual Treatment.
Decision and human authority
KUNH provides intelligence supporting understanding, decisions, and execution. Its analysis, reframing, alternatives, recommendations, and execution readings are not the user’s Actual Human Decision and do not replace human judgment, authority, or responsibility. The Actual Decision remains with the person or Organization authorized to make it. Decision Quality does not guarantee Outcome Quality.
Execution Intelligence
Execution Intelligence helps understand the relationship between the decision, its execution, observed reality, and outcomes. This capability does not by itself make KUNH the customer’s project manager, supervisor, or executor of actions under customer authority.
Controlled Sharing
Controlled Sharing is explicit, scope-bounded, recipient- and purpose-aware, and auditable where applicable. It does not implicitly expose Professional Memory, other Cases, internal reasoning, or Organization data outside the authorized tenancy or scope. Recipient access remains limited to the authorized content and purpose, whether the share is a Live View, Snapshot, or Closed Case Record. Any email projection follows the same principle.
Bounded operational resolution
KUNH may resolve bounded operational matters only within implemented and authorized authority. This does not grant unrestricted agency. Matters requiring additional human authority, money movement, entitlement changes, or other material commitments are escalated unless explicit implemented authority permits the action.
Notifications
Notifications correspond to meaningful professional or operational events, subject to applicable settings and channel availability. This does not guarantee continuous monitoring or notification of every possible change.
Organizations
An Organization relationship may begin from an Organizational Need, including a decision, initiative, challenge, or ongoing need; a pre-framed Decision Case is not required. Understanding the need precedes the appropriate scope and commercial or contracting route. A KUNH recommendation does not become an Institutional Decision unless recorded or adopted by the authorized Organization authority.
Suspension and termination
Suspension or termination may restrict capability, access, or new initiation according to the applicable contractual, security, or legal basis. Ordinary Membership expiry or cancellation does not by itself convert a previously purchased Case Treatment into a cancelled Treatment or rewrite historical Case records. Fraud, abuse, security requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations may require separate restrictions.
Retired plans
Previous plan codes may remain in historical records or compatibility mappings where technically necessary, but they are not the current Individual commercial model and create no new current commercial rights.
Cancellation, refund and deletion are three different things
Cancellation stops future Membership renewal under the applicable terms. Ordinary Membership cancellation or non-renewal does not by itself cancel Treatment already purchased for an existing Case or rewrite its historical record. The purchased Treatment remains available for the legitimate professional lifecycle of the same Case within its Scope Lock. Active Membership is required to initiate a new paid Individual Treatment. Cancellation deletes nothing: your case history, professional record, decision-continuity records and other retained account data stay as they are. Deleting your account or your data is an entirely separate right and workflow. A refund is a monetary reversal separate from cancellation, and withdrawing consent is a third, separate action governed by the privacy and data policy.
Refunds
We do not apply a blanket "no refunds" rule. Consumer rights established under the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia remain preserved, and where you have not used or benefited from the purchased digital service, these terms do not remove a refund right granted by applicable law. Once the service has been used or benefited from, these terms do not create a refund entitlement beyond applicable law or a published KUNH commercial policy. Charges that failed, were duplicated, were made in error or are otherwise invalid remain eligible for correction or refund as applicable.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for protecting access to your account. Content you write or upload remains yours and is used to operate the service for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to enter data you have no right to enter, or to attempt access to another owner's data or to internal systems.
Processing your information to produce the reading
To produce the reading and the brief, the text of your case is processed through technology service providers necessary to deliver that functionality, under contractual obligations of confidentiality and use limited to providing the service. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling. Do not enter information you are not permitted to share.
The limits of the reading, and your responsibility
KUNH supports professional reasoning and decision-making, and states its confidence and the reasons for it. Even so, a reading can contain errors or an incomplete interpretation, KUNH does not independently verify the information you supply, and a recommendation depends on the context and evidence available to it. The decision, its execution and its outcome remain yours, and regulated or specialist situations may require qualified professional advice.
What the service is not
KUNH is not licensed legal, financial, medical or professional advice and does not replace a specialist when one is needed.
Availability and change
The service may change or pause for development or maintenance. Any material change to published features or prices is published on these pages before it applies to an existing subscription.
Versions of these terms
Each document carries a version and an effective date. An editorial correction does not change what you previously accepted and requires no new consent; a material change is issued as a new version and your acknowledgement is requested. What you accepted earlier is preserved with its version and its time, and is not rewritten.
Privacy and your rights in your data
What is stored and why is set out on the privacy and policies page, together with how to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. A deletion request is recorded from inside your account and carried out manually without undue delay — it is not an immediate or automated deletion — and anything that must be kept for a legal or accounting reason is kept for that reason alone.
Support and contact
Support is available from inside your account to everyone using KUNH, and the reply reaches you in the same place. Team and organization enquiries are sent from the teams and organizations page.
Governing law and mandatory rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in them waives any mandatory consumer or data-subject right that cannot lawfully be waived. KUNH claims no certification, accreditation or endorsement from any authority.
