Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation, refunds and deletion are three different things. This page keeps them clearly apart.
Price, VAT and billing period
Displayed prices include VAT where applicable. VAT is not added again on top of the displayed price at payment. KUNH Individual Membership costs SAR 149 per month and renews monthly. No annual billing period is offered to individuals.
Renewal
Membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the next renewal. The exact next renewal date is shown before you commit, once payment is active.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future Membership renewal under the applicable terms. Ordinary Membership cancellation or non-renewal does not by itself cancel Treatment already purchased for an existing Case or rewrite its historical record. The purchased Treatment remains available for the legitimate professional lifecycle of the same Case within its Scope Lock. Active Membership is required to initiate a new paid Individual Treatment. Under the current operating posture, the request is submitted through in-account Support. Cancellation deletes nothing: your case history, professional record, decision-continuity records and other retained account data stay as they are. Deleting your account or your data is an entirely separate right and workflow.
Refunds
A refund is a monetary reversal and is a separate matter from cancellation. We do not apply a blanket "no refunds" rule. Consumer rights established under the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia remain preserved, and where you have not used or benefited from the purchased digital service, these terms do not remove a refund right granted by applicable law. Once the service has been used or benefited from, these terms do not create a refund entitlement beyond applicable law or a published KUNH commercial policy. Charges that failed, were duplicated, were made in error or are otherwise invalid remain eligible for correction or refund as applicable.
The technical state today
Purchase inside KUNH is not technically active at this stage, and no production transactions are executed. Refund execution, production payment disclosure, and the LIVE recurring-renewal lifecycle remain explicit Payment Closure dependencies; this page does not claim those capabilities are implemented today.
What cancellation and lapse do not do
Neither cancellation nor lapse deletes anything. The paid capability is withdrawn under the published terms, while your cases, your decisions, your professional record and your outcome chronology remain stored and readable. Cancellation is not deletion, and lapse is not deletion.
Deleting your account or your data
If you want your data removed, that is an entirely separate action, requested from your account and governed by the privacy and data policy. You are not required to cancel in order to obtain it, and deletion does not follow automatically from cancellation.
